**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and answering phone calls ensuring a positive welcoming experience.
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records in electronic medical record systems.
- Assist with the completion of insurance forms and other necessary paperwork.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance patient experience.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their appointments, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Coordinate referral and communication with other healthcare providers.
- Utilize office equipment and phone systems to facilitate daily operations.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- This position requires flexibility in availability as the part-time hours are shared between 2 people. Schedule to be determined. It is currently 2 days every other week.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a medical office preferred.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and office procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Quick learner
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with phone systems and administrative duties is essential.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
