**About the Role**
Eavor Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced **Manager, Corporate & Business Systems Reporting** to join our growing finance team. This role is pivotal in driving the effective use of business systems to streamline financial processes, ensure compliance, and support Eavor’s mission to revolutionize geothermal energy with the world’s first closed-loop geothermal system. This is a hybrid role based in Calgary, Alberta, with potential limited travel as required by business needs. As a key member of the finance team, you’ll manage system functionality, reporting integrity, and process improvements, collaborating across departments to ensure seamless financial operations. **Some of What you Will Do**:
**Corporate**
- Responsible for preparation of the financial packet for Board and Committees.
- Support with Monthly, quarterly and annual management corporate reporting to stakeholders
- Support detailed development of the annual operating plan, financial forecasts and strategic plans and while playing key role in annual budget and strategic planning processes
- Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.
- Understanding key business drivers.
- Assist with presentation materials for board, investor, lender, and internal ad-hoc meetings
- Provide expertise on business processes and solutions.
- Support the global month-end close calls with Financial Control and Product Control teams to discuss variance analysis, material items and key issues which arose in the quarter
- Manage standardized financial reports, scenarios and develop reports to automate process and streamline analysis and reconciliation reporting.
- Work as a part of a growing global team to meet monthly, quarterly and annual reporting deadlines and compliance requirements
- Management of finance compliance policies, including delegation of authority
- Assist with the monthly financial close process, ensuring accurate month end P&L results are reported by global teamsSupport implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
**Systems implementation & reporting**
- Management of the internal ERP control design, implementation and overall operational effectiveness, including documentation or managing consultants as needed
- Accounting lead for process improvement projects, including implementation of an automated AP system in collaboration with the Director, IT
- Support in new ERP implementations. Define and develop test scenarios and scripts to support all testing events, including releases, patches, enhancements, upgrades, and reimplementation.
- Maintain ERP functional configuration while collaborating and partnering with operations to deliver a product our finance.

- Other future systems implementation procure to pay, continuous systems requirement
- Design and document business requirements and processes/workflows.
- Regularly review and update financial policies to verify that they remain relevant and appropriate to ensure compliance and best practices while supporting efficient global operations.
- Develops user procedures and related documentation maintenance
- Work with Key Stakeholders on the gathering of business requirements
- Lead or participate in special projects as needed within the department, the broader finance environment or cross-functionally
- Cross training and coverage for other finance leaders as needed
**Some of What you Will Need**:
- 10+ years' experience with bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CA, CPA, or equivalent accounting certification required.
- ERP implementation and experience in related System Administration is required
- Experienced in financial accounting principles and consolidation and reporting
- Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (complex formula, pivots, modeling, Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, BI tools
- Requires exceptional time management and good organizational skills. Accuracy with numbers is necessary.
- Analytical, critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines and competing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to problem solve, and anticipate problems based off previous experience
- Proven ability to be flexible and work hard in a high pressure environment with changing priorities
