Thanks for your interest in working with us at Goldies Cafe + Eatery This location is the very first for Goldies Cafe + Eatery and we couldn’t be more excited to be a new member of the community As we continue to grow, expand and **re-launch our business **both at our current location, as well as our next locations, we are looking for a qualified individual to join our team as the **Catering Manager **at Goldies Cafe + Eatery

**NOTE: The Catering Manager will also be part of the daily operations of the cafe in both the Cook and Barista positions to fulfill a 40-hour work week. These scheduled hours would be managed alongside the catering specific hours to total a full-time work schedule.**

Goldies Cafe + Eatery is a modern, laid-back experience with a focus on incredible guest service, and great food and drinks. Our people, both guests and partners who work with us, are the most critical piece to our business and therefore always our biggest focus with every decision we make.

Our menu is focused around sandwiches, flatbreads, soups, salads, and pastries, however we are constantly adding to our menu, and always looking for new ideas and input from our team

We carefully source every ingredient we use, and stand behind every item we serve to our guests. Our products come in fresh and the majority are prepped on-site each day. We’ve also

partnered with people and companies in the community to bring truly local products to our guests. We also work with our suppliers to bring the freshest and newest ingredients directly to our guests.

Every day we are open, we are committed to creating a great place for the community to enjoy, and a great place for the people who work here Now we are looking for a new team member to lead that team in the execution of our menu and standards of our business.

**As Catering Manager at Goldies Cafe, you’ll**:

- Be the source of creating a great guest experience, and achieving flawless operations through the catering operation of the business.
- Exercise your entrepreneurial skills and unique service and take responsibility for the entire catering operation of the business.
- Be responsible for everything related to Goldies and catering, and single point of accountability for all areas of the business including sales, people, product, environment and profit.
- Be accountable for the day-to-day operations of the catering business including scheduling, financial decisions, training our people, creating the guest experience, as well as product, and environment responsibilities
- Execute training and development of all team members to Goldies Cafe + Eatery standards as a major priority of the role.
- Be responsible for elevating the brand and the guest perception of the business through great service and impeccable training, as well as menu execution and development of expanded catering offerings.
- Create an environment of connected, committed teamwork through non-stop communication and the willingness to help others win
- Be a resource in the industry with focus on upcoming trends and events in the culinary world.
