**About you**

We are looking for a highly driven and passionate partner to help shape the success of this new Chatime location in Ajax. As a manager, you will be responsible for setting the highest standard and help lead your team to fulfill the company's mission of creating quality experiences through the sales of highly customizable drinks with impeccable customer service. You are a people person who thrive both in face-to-face and written interactions with key stakeholders (customers, suppliers and employees) and understand the importance of maintaining strong relationships with each of them to guide the store towards long term sustainable success. You thrive on self-initiative and understand what it takes to build and maintain local brand awareness in this industry.

**Daily Operation**

You will be responsible for the daily operations of the store and ensuring all critical components are running efficiently and firing on all cylinders through proper staffing, timely inventory management and execution of tasks at each position. You will prioritize and learn the Standard Operating Procedures from Chatime Canada for each position yourself and ensure the implementation of the SOP throughout the team members at all times. Being committed to the overall success of the store and as the captain of the ship, you will be in charge of the following but not limited to:

- Lead a team of supervisors and associates, train, motivate and empower them to execute their respective tasks at the highest level according to the training manual and SOP.
- Daily scheduling of staff to fit the targeted salary budget and provide support whenever necessary.
- Prioritize and maintain quality assurances in product consistencies and high level of customer service through the SOP.
- Monitor and ensure all directives from Chatime Canada's head office are executed and complied with..
- Ensure and emphasize store cleanliness at all times.
- Look after daily inventory management.
- Develop short/long term goals, prepare and execute plans towards achieving set goals.

**Human Resource**
- Identify the key positions vital to the daily operations of the store and clearly outline the tasks for each role.
- Create and execute training manuals as required for each position to be fulfilled.
- Set salary budget with aim to meet target profitability.
- Develop creative ways to build team work and cohesiveness.
- List and expand on staff policies for team members to follow.

**Marketing**

Your primary focus will be to create marketing plans that focus on:

- Generating local buzz with regards to the launch of the store.
- Identify and utilize various marketing channels to reach target market.
- Set marketing goals and budget.
- Prepare reports and track results.
- Execute marketing campaign from Chatime corporate office as directed.
- Develop and execute periodic local marketing campaign to keep customers engaged.

Our commitment to excellence and success means we are looking for the best talent for this role and you possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Education - Minimum of college diploma or university degree in business management, hospitality and/or food service management.
- Experience in retail food and beverage industry in management role.
- Excel at people management, prioritize customer relationships and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Understand the importance of organizational skills and attention to details.
- Proficient in computer skills and necessary Microsoft works (or compatible) program.
- Available to work week days, evenings and/or weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
