We have a wonderful employment opportunity for you at Groupe Sélection, in the care sector of one of our retirement residences.

**As a receptionist, you will have the chance to**:

- Greet visitors and residents;
- Receive, filter and route phone calls;
- Note residents’ requests and requisitions, carry out various telephone follow-ups;
- Post information on the bulletin board (menus, memos,);
- Maintain good relations with residents;
- Support the administration in their duties.

**You will make a difference if you are**:

- Independent, courteous and professional;
- Skilled in communication and able to establish good interpersonal relations;
- Organized and have a strong customer service-oriented approach.

**Experience and training required**:

- Work experience in a similar position;
- Perfect command of French and a good knowledge of English;
- Professional diploma in secretarial or office automation techniques (asset).
