**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the office.
- Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette.
- Sorting mail and other clerical duties as assigned.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all invoicing and product information is accurate prior to sending to customers.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning documents, and managing correspondence.
- Responsible for sending direct mail and other notices to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Liaising with managerial staff, colleagues, and clients
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in both English and French is required.
- Previous experience in a clerical or receptionist role, preferably.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of office procedures and practices, including front desk operations.
