**Join Our Team as a Gym Receptionist at Athletic Training Center**

At Athletic Training Center, we are a top-tier facility dedicated to helping athletes of all levels reach their peak performance. We're currently looking for a **Gym Receptionist** who will be the welcoming face of our center and help attract new members through lead generation efforts.

**Job Overview**:
As our Gym Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for athletes, coaches, and guests. Your role will involve greeting members, answering inquiries, scheduling training sessions, and actively contributing to our lead generation strategies to grow our athletic community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet and assist athletes, coaches, and visitors.
- Handle phone calls and respond to questions about memberships, training programs, and services.
- Help with member registrations, renewals, and cancellations.
- Schedule training sessions, assessments, and specialized classes.
- Support lead generation by reaching out to potential members, following up on inquiries, and promoting special events.
- Keep the reception area organized and inspiring.
- Process payments and manage transactions with accuracy.
- Provide information on programs, competitions, and available resources.
- Work closely with trainers and staff to enhance the athlete experience.
- Track and report lead generation progress and results.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional training or certifications in sports management or customer service is a plus).
- Prior experience in customer service or as a receptionist is preferred.
- Strong people skills with a genuine passion for helping athletes.
- Experience with lead generation or sales is an advantage.
- Proficiency in computer systems (e.g., MS Office, gym management software).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sports and athletic training is a bonus.
