**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Input and update data into databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform data collection tasks as required, ensuring all information is current and correct.
- Organize and maintain electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide administrative support as needed,
- Answering phone calls from customers regarding their questions about their orders and calling customers to seek clarification about their orders.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software is essential.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail is critical for maintaining the integrity of data entered into systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
