**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Input and update data into databases and ERP systems with precision.
- Perform regular data entry tasks, including typing, filing, and data collection.
- Maintain organized records and files to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entry and correct any discrepancies.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, providing support to other team members.
- Generate reports from databases as required for analysis or decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow and communication.

**Qualifications**
- Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with databases and ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Dear System/Cin 7, including the ability to create spreadsheets and utilize formulas.
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Experience in clerical roles that involve filing and data management is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burnaby, BC V5J 5E6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
