**Grow your career with a company that shares your passion** Sodexo Canada has the position you are looking for. One of our fast-paced dining outlets is looking for an energetic, cross trainable and courteous individual that will work as a **Conference Concierge - Full Time
- Complete exchanges and returns in a timely and professional manner.
- Help with the organization of on-site events including business events, and corporate meetings.
- Greet clients when they enter the building and guide them to their designated areas.
- Process important queries and manage customer expectations in a polite and friendly manner.
- Keep track of frequent clients and create a tailored experience based on their personal needs.
- Answer questions and maintain internal and external communications
- Managing requests for housekeeping and/or maintenance
- Tracking inventory supplies and reordering whenever necessary
- Inspecting rooms, hotel pools, and other areas to make sure that staff members keep them clean and presentable

**Qualifications**
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar hospitality environment
- Exceptionally service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized multi-tasker
- Software skills include Delphi, CVENT, Microsoft Office, Social Tables
- Experience in meeting, bookings and hotel reservations processes and software
- Must be a self-starter, able to take initiative, running projects from start through to completion with mínimal oversight
- Post-secondary diploma / degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
