**Job Summary**:
Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Concierge Work Place Manager we’d ask you to do the following for us:

- Oversee all aspects on WSS GTA operations
- Responsible for all H&S, ensuring all aspects compliant & up to date
- Audit Compliance, oversee all procedures are in place
- Training & Management of Supervisors + Team Leads
- Client meetings / project management
- Oversee payroll for unit on behalf of client
- Responsible for HR Functions (Hiring, Dismissal, Lay Offs)
- Ensure Policy Compliance (HS, HR, Corporate)
- Create and maintain job descriptions
- Conference Center/Porter Program support when needed
- Conduct Performance Appraisals
- Manage vacation approvals and scheduling for team
- Oversee Finance (WOR, CIMS, Orbit)
- Forecast yearly budgets, track progress weekly

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal.)
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word ,Outlook)
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
- Outgoing and professional and approachable. Experience working in a client-facing environment.
- Punctual, dependable and dedicated to achieving operational excellence
- Able to learn new systems, create simplified training for teams use.
- Associate is a team player, assist their co-workers when needed, has a strong sense of team work.
- Ability to work unsupervised and independently in a business professional environment
- Must be able to lift boxes approximately 50lbs in weight and perform physically active tasks (i.e. walking for long periods of time, bending to restock low shelves or to load and unload dishwashers, etc.)
