Concierge & Client Care, Unlimited Life Program Unlimited Life is a year‑long program designed to help participants optimize their health, longevity, and sense of fulfillment. The program integrates clinical, wellness, and experiential elements, supporting members through personalized care, retreats, and continuous engagement. Role Summary The Concierge & Client Care professional delivers an exceptional end‑to‑end experience for Unlimited Life members. This role blends client service excellence with operational and strategic execution, ensuring every element of the program runs seamlessly. The ideal candidate is relationship‑driven and execution‑oriented, able to translate client needs into action, coordinate across teams, and uphold the highest standards of care and professionalism. This role requires agility, discretion, and the ability to balance detail management with a strategic perspective. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison for client communications, providing thoughtful, proactive and responsive service Oversee program delivery including onboarding, diagnostic scheduling, retreats, events and ongoing engagement touch points Prepare and refine client‑facing presentations and materials, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency Partner with the Head of Unlimited Life to drive process improvements and enhance client experience standards Collaborate with clinical, operations and partnerships teams to ensure timely execution and alignment on client goals Maintain accurate client records, preferences and feedback using digital tools and CRMs Provide on‑site support for key events or retreats when required Support the design and implementation of systems that strengthen service efficiency, communication and client satisfaction Qualifications & Experience 5–7 years of experience in client experience, strategic program management or hospitality and concierge services Proven ability to manage complex workflows and priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills Experience creating professional materials and presentations Proficiency with CRMs, workflow tools and communication platforms High emotional intelligence, discretion and professionalism in client interactions Willingness to travel occasionally to support retreats, conferences and events Skills & Attributes Polished, articulate and deeply client‑centric Strategic thinker with strong executional discipline Adaptable, organized and solutions‑oriented under pressure Demonstrates initiative, accountability and sound judgment Genuine commitment to excellence, care and continuous improvement Reporting & Structure Reports directly to the Head of Unlimited Life and collaborates closely with internal teams across clinical, operations and communications functions.
