**Manco HR is seeking an experienced Lead Hand for an exciting client in Brantford, ON.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate production activities on the shop floor, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Train and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Monitor production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and production targets.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery, identifying and addressing any maintenance or repair needs.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and optimize workflow efficiencies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastics or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of rotomolding processes and equipment is an asset.
- Willingness to work in a non-bus route accessible location.
