- As the Program Coordinator with Corporate Learning and Development (CLD) you will be a part of a collaborative learning and development team and will provide support to Portfolio/Program Leads to ensure successful delivery of learning and provide expertise with the Learning Management System (LMS). You will be responsible for the program coordination of the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) and City of Calgary Orientation (COCO). Primary duties include:

- Coordinate CLD programs and support to ensure seamless delivery of all portfolio/program logistics. This includes training logistics, collating large amounts of data, running reports from survey tools, etc.
- Provide domain administration level expertise of the LMS including creating, managing, tracking, reporting, and finding creative LMS solutions for setup of virtual and blended learning options.
- Provide support to the CLD team to coordinate and assist with virtual/in person learning delivery and other virtual/in person learning tools.
- Coordinate the evaluation process and provide metrics reporting using Alchemer survey software and the LMS.
- Communicate regularly with participants, supervisors, facilitators, vendors, and process owners including sharing information, responding to inquiries, and resolving unexpected issues to ensure a quality customer service experience.
- Maintain learning resources, participant and instructor resources and order necessary materials and equipment, as required.
- Maintain and track learning and development program budgets and collaborate with Finance and Supply on financial transactions, purchase order administration and coordinate the cost recovery process.
- Work with Customer Service & Communications to update myCity website content on the portfolio/program.
- Explore new approaches, LMS capabilities or new technologies to ensure continuous improvement for program coordination.

**Qualifications**
- A completed 1 year certificate in Business Administration, Adult Learning or a related discipline and at least 5 years of related experience.
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) is required, along with prior experience with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance Supply Capital Management (FSCM) or an equivalent Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Knowledge of OneDrive is an asset.
- Experience with Learning Management System administration is required.
- Experience with graphic design software and other technology (such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Alchemer, MailChimp, SharePoint, Ariba, OneDrive) is desired.
- Experience in a learning and development environment, including training program coordination is preferred.
- Essential skills for this position include customer focus, attention to detail, innovation and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage/prioritize competing tasks and deadlines, work independently and collaborate with others, as well as possess a high degree of initiative is required.
