**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Utilize analysis skills to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- Assist with sales efforts by upselling products or services when appropriate.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to phone etiquette standards during all customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
