Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Sales
- Lease suites and/or renew upcoming lease expiries with specific leasing goals in mind.
- Engage and qualify customers over the phone or in person to gain new residents.
- Follow up with potential residents to ensure no lead is overlooked.
- Complete required paperwork, including traffic reports and vacancy reports.
- Conduct monthly visits to competitive properties to stay informed about market conditions and complete competitor surveys.

Customer Service & Relationship Building
- Provide exceptional customer service to each potential resident.
- Foster relationships that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve customer service requirements and achieve team objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a residential leasing agent or in sales (1 year).
- Possess a Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with potential residents and customers.
- Solid administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills to manage leasing processes, customer follow-ups, and paperwork.
- Proactive approach to achieving personal and team objectives.
