What You'll Do

As a Leasing Associate, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and a key contributor to the tenant experience. Your role includes:

  • Marketing and showing available suites to prospective tenants
  • Managing lease agreements, renewals, move-in, and move-outs 
  • Creating and maintaining seamless resident experiences
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely, professional manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support daily operations

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Experience in property management, or a related fieldStrong communication, time management, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and property management softwareKnowledge of local laws, regulations, and property management standards is an assetA valid driver's licence and reliable transportationFlexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
