- Job Description:_
Ardec Group is looking to add an Operations Coordinator to our team, that can fill a multi-faceted role with a range of responsibilities.
- Basic requirements:_
- Comfortable working within a small company environment.
- 3+ years of experience in the Plumbing or Construction Industry
- Some experience in the project management or procurement departments.
- Be within commuting distance of the Greater Toronto Area.
- Be comfortable with construction site visits to review ongoing and completed projects, diagnose product faults and repair/fix said products.
- Be comfortable with packaging and preparing shipments of products.
- Responsibilities Include:_
- Project Coordination: Communication and coordination with our sales team, our vendors, our customers, and other contractors involved on a range of information including expected timelines, site conditions, delivery details and shop drawings approval.
- Purchasing: Purchasing stock items and necessary parts for each order received from vendors and procuring custom parts when required.
- Shipping and Receiving: Reception and stocking of delivered products and then packaging of products onto skids or into boxes and arranging pickups through couriers and LTL companies.
- Technical Support: Receiving and addressing inquiries from customers regarding faulty products, by diagnosing issues and then carrying out site visits to fix issues or arranging delivery of necessary parts to site.
- Location Requirements:_
- Within commuting distance of Hamilton, Ontario.
- Commute to Ardec Group office, 4-5 days a week.

- We are a leading supplier of contemporary and long-lasting handwashing solutions that enable our clients to facilitate the design of superior washroom spaces. Our products work in a range of market sectors, including commercial, public, retail, recreational, institutional and hospitality.
- We market our products to architects to get our products specified and then quote relevant contractors and wholesalers when the project tenders. Once an order is received, we work with our vendors to produce and deliver fixtures on time, and when required, install and service our products.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
