**Job description**

Lions Gate Construction is a concrete forming and placing company specialising in custom homes and commercial developments. We offer a full time, stable career, competitive compensation package including salary and benefits and the most amazing team in the business.

We are looking for someone that would like to, or recently has, graduated from the tools to the coordination and management side of the business. You will have:

- Many years of residential concrete forming, placement and finishing experience.
- Above average communication and customer relationship skills.
- Blueprints reading and layout skills.
- Experience managing professional trades people.
- Passion about the concrete industry and doing great work.
- Safety conscious and promote the same with those you work with.
- Skills to oversee labour, material, and equipment to meet deadlines and budget requirements.

A valid drivers licence.

**Duties may include**:

- Overseeing all aspects of a project from setting the initial schedule, kick-off, coordinating with suppliers, customer communications, RFI’s, change orders, invoicing, safety, quality.
- Assisting with layout and installation as may be required.
- Getting supplies to keep the crew busy and productive.
- Approving timesheets.
- Thorough and effective communication with Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Negotiable Annual Salary

- The occasional Saturday depending on schedule requirements
