We are expanding aggressively and need an experienced sales professional who can secure contracts, build high-value relationships, and establish Tatras as the premier industrial service provider in the market.
**Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Development & Market Expansion**
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to expand market share and establish Tatras Industrial as an industry leader.
- Identify, pursue, and close high-value contracts with general contractors, industrial asset owners, and project managers.
- Leverage industry insights to uncover new opportunities in transportation, infrastructure, and industrial maintenance.
- Attend and actively network at industry trade shows, association meetings, and key market events.
**Account Management & Client Relationship Development**
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct on-site meetings, presentations, and site assessments to position Tatras as the preferred service provider.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and operations, ensuring projects are executed with precision and client satisfaction.
- Develop multi-year contracts and recurring service agreements to establish long-term revenue streams.
**Sales Execution & Revenue Growth**
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to contract signing and project handover.
- Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and technical experts to craft winning proposals and competitive bids.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with a focus on profitability and long-term partnerships.
**Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning**
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging industry challenges.
- Provide data-driven sales reports and revenue forecasts to executive leadership.
- Continuously refine the sales approach based on client feedback, industry shifts, and new service offerings.
**Who We Are Looking For**
This role is not entry-level. We need someone who can own their territory, command respect in the industry, and close six-figure contracts with confidence.
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial services, infrastructure maintenance, construction, or related fields.
- Proven track record of securing high-value contracts and driving significant revenue growth.
- Strong network of decision-makers within transportation, industrial maintenance, construction, or energy sectors.
- Technical understanding of industrial coatings, rope access, structural repairs, or facility maintenance (preferred).
- Ability to handle complex, long sales cycles with strategic follow-ups and relationship management.
- Superior negotiation, communication, and presentation skills—you must be comfortable pitching to executives and field teams alike.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
- Optimize our CRM processes and Salesforce to drive growth and improve customer engagement.
