**About the Position**

As the A/P - Office Administrator, you will:
- Manage accounts payable, including invoice entry, matching invoices to purchase orders, issuing payments, and performing reconciliations.
- Oversee payroll responsibilities, such as holiday accrual management, payroll reporting, year-end T4s, ROEs, and commission tracking.
- Ensure compliance with relevant provincial, state, and federal legislation while maintaining ISO 9001:2018 conformance.
- Support office organization through supply ordering, filing, and maintaining a well-functioning workspace.
- Handle vendor setup, payment posting, and miscellaneous account management to ensure efficient operations.
**You are the perfect fit for this role if YOU have**:
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of full-cycle accounts payable processes, with proficiency in SAP B1. Familiarity with the financial practices of the oil and gas industry is a plus.
- **Skills**: Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Abilities**: A self-motivated approach to work, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- **Experience**: At least 3+ years in accounts payables, with hands-on experience in SAP B1 and a background in high-volume transactions.
