In this role, you will maintain and build upon our current Dealership processes and procedures to achieve success in all areas of our Finance department.

**Job Duties**:

- Offer vehicle financing to our customers and provide them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties including a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
- Understand the monthly programs from our lending institutions and maintain good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs for our customers.
- Process financing, lease and cash purchase deals accurately by following Dealership accounting and Provincial guidelines.
- Understand and follow all provincial regulations that affect new and used vehicle transactions and finance department responsibilities.
- Incorporate F&I coaching and training while routinely providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs including the benefits of the dealerships financing and optional products.

**You must**:

- Have a valid VSA License
- Have strong multi-tasking, prioritization and time management skills.
- Be a great listener and have solid presentation and organizational skills.
- Have excellent attention to detail in both oral and written communications.
- Be a reliable team player willing to contribute to the teams’ success.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Work Days**: Incorporate Business Office Staff schedules to accommodate customers 7 days per week

**Compensation**: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year (base plus commission pay)

**Experience**:

- Finance office: 1 year (preferred)
- Prior vehicle sales in the auto industry is a benefit: 1 year (preferred)
- Being bilingual would be preferred (Punjabi, Korean) but not necessary
