**About the Role**:
As an Associate Financial Advisor, you will work closely with the lead advisor and founder to support all aspects of client relationship management, financial planning, and investment strategy execution. You will serve as a trusted secondary point of contact for clients and be involved in planning, research, service, and (potentially) business development efforts.

This is an ideal role for someone with 2-5 years of experience in a financial advisory firm who is passionate about planning, eager to grow, and motivated by long-term career development, including the potential for future lead advisor responsibilities or equity participation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Service & Relationship Management**
- Assist in client meetings: take detailed notes, manage follow-ups, and update CRM
- Serve as a key point of contact for client service needs and routine inquiries
- Help deepen client relationships through timely, proactive communication

**Financial Planning**
- Build and maintain comprehensive financial plans using Conquest planning
- Run plan projections, what-if scenarios
- Collaborate with the lead advisor on retirement and estate planning strategies

**Investment Support**
- Prepare portfolio reports, rebalancing proposals, and investment policy documentation
- Research funds, models, and asset allocation strategies
- Assist with trade execution and account maintenance (license dependent)

**Operations & Practice Management**
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM records and client documentation
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements
- Support onboarding of new clients and scheduling of reviews

**Business Development Support**
- Help identify referral opportunities
- Manage relationships with next-gen or smaller clients under supervision
- Strong planning software and CRM proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

- **Previous experience in Canadian financial services roles and administrative support. Mutual Fund (IFIC)(CIRO) license required**:

- Strong knowledge with technology and office software (e.g., Outlook, Excel, CRM systems) Social Media experience an asset
- Self starter, task oriented, confident
