Orca Spirit Adventures, Victoria’s largest whale-watching company, is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable On-Board Naturalists to join our team for the 2025 Whale Watching Season

This is your chance to create unforgettable experiences for locals, tourists, and adventure seekers while sharing your knowledge of the incredible marine ecosystem surrounding Vancouver Island.

What You’ll Do:

- Assist the captain in ensuring the safety of passengers and the vessel at all times.
- Educate and inspire guests with engaging commentary about local marine wildlife and the environment.
- Provide an enjoyable and memorable experience that leaves guests excited about marine conservation.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking natural leaders who:

- Are knowledgeable and passionate about the local waters and marine life surrounding Vancouver Island.
- Have a degree in Biology (or are in the process of obtaining one) or possess equivalent experience through practical work in a similar role.
- Hold certifications in Marine Emergency Duties (MED A2) and Marine First Aid.
- Have experience working in and around water.
- Are excellent communicators who can deliver educational and engaging content to diverse audiences.
