**Guest Services & Front-End Sales Associate**

**Job Overview**:

Join our award-winning team at **Eagle Wing Tours** as a Front-End Sales Associate at Fisherman’s Wharf In this role, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional guest service and driving sales. Your main responsibility will be engaging with visitors, selling tours, and ensuring smooth tour operations. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, interacting with a diverse range of people while working alongside our passionate team of boat captains, naturalists, and other staff. Your sales skills and enthusiasm for the natural world will be key to your success in this role.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Engage with visitors**: Take the lead in interacting with passersby, answering questions, and actively selling tours from the front kiosk (our “hot seat”).
- **Reservations & Check-Ins**: Accurately process guest reservations, check them in for tours, and assist with distributing necessary gear.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with boat captains, naturalists, and support staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- **Maintain Office and Dock Area**: Keep the office space and surrounding dock areas clean and organized.
- **Stay Informed**: Stay up-to-date on whale watching, marine wildlife, and conservation efforts to better inform and excite our guests.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Customer Service & Sales Skills**: A passion for sales and the ability to engage and convert guests on the spot.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Basic computer skills, including proficiency with reservation systems and point-of-sale systems.
- **Interest in Marine Wildlife**: A basic understanding or keen interest in whales, marine wildlife, and conservation is essential.
- **Availability**: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate peak guest hours.
- **Team Player**: Enthusiastic, approachable, and eager to collaborate with a diverse team.

**Salary**:

- Competitive wage range of **$23/hr - $27/hr**, based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
