**Key Responsibilities**:
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.

Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and balance sheets.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations for status and non-status employees.

Utilize Sage 50, Square, and Infonet POS systems effectively.

Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with Indigenous tax laws.

Collaborate with management to develop budgets and financial plans.

Use Excel, google sheets and Google Docs for data analysis and reporting.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a retail environment.

Familiarity with Indigenous tax law is mandatory.

Proficient in Sage 50, Square, and Infonet POS systems.

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Qualifications**:
