**Overview**

We operate a multi-location convience store and gas station network, providing reliable fuel services and everyday essentials. As we grow, we're adding a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to maintain accurate, timely financials across all sites. **Hands-on Sage 50 Accounting experience is required.**

**Duties**
- Own day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple retail/fuel locations in **Sage 50**:

- Record and reconcile A/P, A/R, and general ledger entries
- Prepare and reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee expense submissions
- Support payroll processing and ensure CRA compliance
- Track and file HST/GST, payroll remittances, and other statutory fillings
- Produce monthly financial statements and management reports
- Assist with year-end preparation and liaise with external accountants

**Experience**
- **Advanced proficiency with Sage 50 (required)**:

- Proven bookkeeping experience
- ideally in multi-location retail or services
- Solid knowledge of Canadian bookkeeping/accounting practices
- Hands-on experience with bank recs, A/P, A/R, and payroll workflows
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Diploma/certificate in bookkeeping/ accounting an asset (not required)
