POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Server, you are the face of our business, and ensure that the guest experience consistently meets (or exceeds) expectations. Responsible for food and beverage service, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and aiming for every new customer becoming a regular, you embody and share our values: Be Real, Have Fun, Own It, and Grow With Us

This is offered as a full-time role, minimum 32 hours per week, with full extended healthcare after qualifying period.

Bartending and Shift Leader training provided as desired

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Maintains good communication with Hosts, Expediters, Bartenders and management, ensuring the customer experience exceeds expectations
- Advises guests of special items, accurately takes drink and food orders, delivers when ready
- Acts in quality control capacity for every item served, assesses customer satisfaction at critical service points (at service, immediately after, following meal)
- Seeks out opportunities to personalize the guest experience, within acceptable professional parameters

**REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Passionate about customer experience
- Highly collaborative
- Adaptable, able to prioritize and make decisions with agility
- Serving It Right certification

**PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Prior experience in a busy bar/restaurant service role
- Knowledge of products (food and beverage) relevant to our brand
