Our office in Stoney Creek has an immediate opening for a full-time receptionist/bookkeeper

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assists in all daily office tasks i.e; filing, sorting, data entry, replying to e
- mails, answering phones, greeting customers etc.
- Produce invoices and collect outstanding balances
- Scheduling and confirming for upcoming jobs
- Calculate and prepare payroll
- Processing government remittances
- Accounts payables
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Order shop materials
- Other duties as assigned

**Knowledge Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years experience doing bookkeeping
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Google Docs
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency using Simply Accounting
- Small business experience with Cabinet/Countertop experience is preferred

**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
