**Responsibilities**: - Assessment Leadership: Conduct and direct psychological and psychoeducational assessments, ensuring adherence to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements. - Team Management: Oversee and manage the assessment team, providing guidance, supervision, and support as the team grows. - Quality Assurance: Review and finalize assessment reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and thoroughness in the presentation of findings and recommendations. - Collaboration: Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychiatrists, therapists, and educators, to gather comprehensive information and develop a holistic understanding of clients' needs. - Client Communication: Effectively communicate assessment results to clients, their families, and other relevant stakeholders in a compassionate and professional manner. Qualifications: - Education and Licensure: Be a member of the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec (OPQ) with a valid license. Alternatively, be a member of another recognized order, such as the Ordre des Conseillers et Conseillères d'Orientation du Québec (OCCOQ), and hold an attestation for "Les évaluations des troubles mentaux." - Experience: Demonstrated experience in conducting psychological and psychoeducational assessments and writing assessment reports. - Leadership Qualities: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, delegate responsibilities, and provide constructive feedback and support. - Ethical Standards: Uphold ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work. - Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients, collaborate with other professionals, and convey information in a clear and empathetic manner.
