  • Monitor the completion and effectiveness of assessments by developing KPIs and dashboards, using insights to guide improvements in debriefs, training, and processes.

  • Conduct SuccessFinder debriefs for Director-level and above to support development planning and coach leaders on SHL-led debriefs for quality and consistency.

What you bring to the table:

  • Strong at leading and implementing change management methodologies and processes from beginning to end.

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology or Business or a combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Expert certification in SuccessFinder; SHL knowledge is beneficial.

  • Experience in human capital consulting, with 5+ years conducting debriefs for senior leaders (Directors and above).

  • Understanding of assessment standards, ethics, and best practices, coupled with an inclusive approach to assessment development and delivery that values diversity.

  • Proficient in data analysis and comfortable using Excel, with the ability to develop KPIs/dashboards, derive insights and execute process mapping and improvement initiatives.

  • Skilled in leveraging systems such as Workday and vendor platforms to meet requirements effectively.

  • Project and program management skills are an asset, along with a proactive approach, problem-solving abilities, and an innovative mindset.
