Quay Pacific Property Management Ltd. is a locally owned and operated company that has provided property management services to the Lower Mainland for nearly 30 years.

We are seeking a **Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk** who will contribute to our commitment to excellence in property management. This individual will maintain and process payables and maintain vendor information/vendor database & and vendor relations.

This position is **Part-Time - 2 to 3 days per week between Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.**

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Verifying, coding, and posting of invoices for payment
- Cutting cheques, mailing cheques & performing cheque runs
- Updating vendor change of address and setting up new vendors
- Responding to vendors’ account inquiries
- Sorting and filing documents promptly
- Assisting the Property Accountants and Managers as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Accounts Payable experience - minimum 1 year.
- Strata industry experience is good, but not mandatory.
- You must be a service-driven individual.
- We can train for skill, but we need the attitude and drive
- You must bring your commitment and passion to be the best

**Our main office is located in Port Moody, and this office is also very close to the Moody Center Skytrain Station.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 22 per week
