Tru Earth is looking for a responsible and reliable **AP Specialist** to support the Finance Team. Reporting to the Controller, we're looking for an energetic self-starter and a detailed-oriented team member who is adaptable and likes being challenged.

**What You’ll Do**
- Enter and code invoices
- Manage weekly cheque runs and electronic vendor payments
- Manage document flows for incoming, pending, and paid invoices
- Follow-up with departments/branches on invoice issues
- Reconcile vendor accounts, respond to inquiries, investigate discrepancies
- Prepare new vendor set ups and EFT setups
- Process payments for government remittances
- Review and enter employee expense reports
- Review invoices and payments requests for proper approvals and backup
- Assist in audit fieldwork for AP testing procedures
- Additional duties as may be assigned

**What You’ll Need**
- Minimum 3-5 years of full cycle Accounts Payable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel (intermediate preferred)
- Experience with Quick Books and Accumatica an asset.
- Experienced in working with corporate banking software, setting up ACH, Wires, and Bill Payments.
- Excellent data entry skills
- Advanced level use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Must be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- Must enjoy collaboration and working as part of a team
- Should be highly organized and detail oriented
