Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk

$22–$30 per hour-based on experience | Full-Time | On-Site

Tricity Mitsubishi is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our growing dealership team. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and post vendor invoices accurately and on a timely basis
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and process accounts payable payments
  • Post accounts receivable transactions and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Reconcile credit card statements
  • Assist with month-end accounting procedures and reporting
  • Maintain organized and auditable financial records
  • Work closely with the Controller and management team to support daily operations

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
  • Previous automotive dealership experience is an asset (not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Professional communication skills and a team-first attitude
