Wage range is $25.75-$26.75 per hour. Wages may be scaled with relevant education/experience. The shift schedule is Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm, with a rotating shift on Saturdays.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the counter area
- Train staff on company procedures, policies and safety
- Establish work schedules and procedures for staff
- Prepare the branch for inventory count
- Plan and oversee logistics operations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

**Essential**:

- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- 2+ years of counter sales experience, ideally in a similar industry
- Familiar with industry and/or products
- Completion of Grade 12
- Capable of lifting 50lbs minimum
