**Role Overview**:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our team, playing a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our growth and innovation goals. Your expertise will drive the recruitment process, from strategy to execution, ensuring we bring in individuals who not only have the right skills but also align with Order Echo's dynamic culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to source, attract, and hire top-tier talent across various roles, with a focus on diversity and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives, ensuring Order Echo is recognized as an employer of choice in the food distribution and tech sectors.
- Leverage data and market insights to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within the tech or food distribution industries.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of managing multiple roles and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment practices.

**Salary**: $58,816.00-$63,860.00 per year
