In addition to the duties typically expected of a high performing talent acquisition professional, you will:

  • Lead full cycle recruitment for senior, specialized, and high impact roles
  • Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor, bringing market insight and talent strategy to every hire
  • Help evolve CLV's employer brand as a destination for exceptional talent
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top tier talent in competitive markets
  • Build strong and diverse talent pipelines aligned to CLV's long term growth plans
  • Deliver a candidate experience that reflects CLV's values, purpose, and commitment to community
  • Use data and outcomes to continuously improve hiring quality, speed, and impact

The approximate salary range for this role will depend on what you bring to the table.  Our expectations are $75,000–$100,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including market competitiveness, skills, experience, educational attainment, professional designations, internal equity, and other job related requirements. We recognize that individuals bring different skill sets, strengths, and career experiences, and we encourage candidates at all stages of their career to apply.
