The Talent Acquisition Partner will be deliver full-cycle talent acquisition/recruitment services to multiple business units, aligned with business unit and company resource and strategic plans. The Talent Acquisition Partner will put talent attraction strategies in place and will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and onboarding diverse talent that aligns with business needs now and in the future, while ensuring compliance with legislation, process and policy.

**Duties**:

- Develop and manage resourcing relationships with business leaders/stakeholders.
- Proactively hire internally and externally to meet the requirements of the business units.
- Put in place effective sourcing approaches for repeat hiring, scarce skills and to support the closure of capability gaps.
- Support achievement of KPIs to ensure service levels and objectives are achieved.
- Contribute to Hiring Managers’ development in both understanding the recruitment process, and the best selection skills (incl. interview skills, brand, social media, etc.).
- Support the development and continuous improvement of the employer brand to include social media, careers site, advertisement and careers fairs.
- Utilize Workday for all recruitment activities, ensuring control and processes are adhered to for the highest level of integrity and accuracy.
- Lead the relationship with external recruitment agency/supplier relationships.
- Lead the recruitment of contingent workers, as required.
- Other duties as assigned by the HR Service Delivery Manager.
- Employment Requirements:

- Significant experience in a talent acquisition/recruiting role is essential.
- Professional HR designation, or equivalent experience.
- Strong track record in embedding resourcing processes with business leaders and managers.
- Demonstrable knowledge of selection techniques to include interviewing and assessment.
- Experience with Microsoft office, and using and maintaining an applicant tracking system.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of audiences: fluent written and oral English is mandatory.
- Must be eligible to meet the requirements of export control regulations and security regulations, including the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and Canadian government security requirements.
