**Key Responsibilities**

- Document and track incidents in our ticketing system.
- Assist with system configurations and installations.
- Provide training and support on company software and tools.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve support processes.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Help Desk Agent or in a similar support role.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Proficient in troubleshooting various software and hardware issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
