**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
- Collaborate with the executive team to execute special projects and initiatives across various departments
- Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Plan and coordinate internal and external events, such as conferences, meetings, and workshops
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and positive demeanour at all times
- Conduct research and analysis on various topics as requested by the executive team
- Perform ad hoc tasks and support various departments as needed

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in an executive support role, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong understanding of office management, administration, and project coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and precision
- A team player with the ability to work independently when required

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
