The main responsibilities of this position are:

- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service for law firm end users and resolving their support requests spanning multiple technologies
- Performing associated technical documentation and administration
- Appropriate escalation to Tier 3 and Senior Engineer colleagues to ensure quick and efficient resolution of support requests
- Teamwork: Engage with technical colleagues to improve our product offerings in a collaborative technical environment

The required qualifications and skills are:

- 1+ years working troubleshooting experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange/365
- Knowledge of networking, cabling, switching, and firewalls
- Working knowledge of current virtualization technologies

- Ticketing: ConnectWise Manage
- Server OS: Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019
- Firewall: SonicWall, Cisco
- Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
- Remote Desktops: Citrix XenApp, Microsoft RDS
- Backup: Veeam Backup & Replication, Afi.ai
- Antivirus: ESET
- Monitoring: ConnectWise Automate (formerly LabTech)

Our office is located at 2005 Sheppard Ave E, Suite 402, Toronto, ON.

Our regular working hours are in 3 rotation shifts: 7:00am to 3:30pm, 8:00am to 4:30pm and 11:30am to 8:00pm. We sometimes work after hours to provide emergency support or to perform upgrades.

**What we offer**:

The base salary range is $60,000 - $70,000, depending on experience. On top of that are performance-based bonuses (team and individual performance) which can be up to $6,300 per year.

Other benefits include paid time off and access to building fitness center.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
