The Analyst Business Support provides day to day business support for Operations and Customer Experience processes and projects to ensure customer satisfaction and timeliness of delivery. Here you will act as a point of contact for invoicing, payments and vendor setup for Operations and Customer Experience.

**What You Will Do**:

- Work with various internal and external teams to complete day to day operational tasks including related to billing, payments, customer inquiries, project execution and service and maintenance support, etc.
- Work with supply chain to issue work to our key partners for project execution and customer experience operations including creating, updating and tracking work releases and purchase orders.
- Review, process and code all invoices for payments to our partners, vendors, etc. Ensure key approvals are acquired. Track actual spend against budget / allocation and alert project or vendor manager where review and updates are required.
- Work with Vendor Master team to onboard new operational partners and ensure payment for services can be rendered.
- Process payments to service partners ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payment.
- Prepare month end reporting and support financial reconciliation process.
- Support for the customer onboarding process by ensuring customer data is loaded to CRM and customer billing is initiated.
- Assist with testing and training of new processes and technologies when required.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Who You Are**:
**Required**:

- A related university degree or technical diploma with limited experience or a combination of related certification and a minimum of five years of related experience.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with quick turn around.
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks and shift priorities without loss of efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills and resourcefulness.
- Demonstrated ability to build co-operative internal and external working relationships.
- Ability to work in a manual environment while providing inputs into a framework to move information to a digital system.
- Teammate, who is able to work independently to deliver results.

**Preferred**:

- Finance, Customer Care operations experience and / or field operations experience
- Familiar with the energy sector, especially with low carbon technologies

**Working Conditions**:

- Some project implementations occur overnight or on weekends and may need to be available to support testing.
- May require some travel to 3rd party provider locations and customer sites. A valid Ontario G class Ontario driver’s license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required.
