**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead high-energy, low-impact Lagree classes using the Mini Pro machines.
- Provide modifications and alternative exercises to accommodate fitness levels, injuries, and physical conditions.
- Ensure proper form, alignment, and safety for all clients.
- Build personalized routines and playlists.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment before, during, and after each shift.
- Assist members with check-in, waiver completion, in-studio purchases, and answer any questions about memberships or studio policies in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.

**Requirements**:

- Experience teaching group fitness or experience with the Lagree method (20+ classes taken). The cost of training will be subsidized by Lagree One, with the remaining balance to be paid by the employee before training begins.
- Willingness to obtain official Lagree certification (at the Lagree One studio) and ability to attend all three days of in-studio training.
- Current First Aid and CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain certification before training begins.
- Availability for part-time classes (8-14 hours per week).
- We are hiring for all class time slots—including early mornings, midday, evenings, and weekends. You do **not** need to be available for all of these times, but please share your preferred availability when applying, as spots are filling fast.
