BigSteelBox - the leader in Canadian container-based moving and storage solutions, has experienced
exceptional growth in the last 18 months and has some exciting expansion plans for the future. To meet
this growth, we are embarking on a Business Transformation project and will require an Administrative
Assistant for this project and beyond.
This position is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, starting as soon as
possible. The position offers a competitive base salary, an annual incentive scheme, a competitive

THE EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
At least 2 years of administrative assistant experience required
Demonstrated administrative proficiency, including expertise with Word, PowerPoint & Excel
WHAT YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
Administration Support for the Business Transformation Project
Support the Business Transformation Leaders with the day-to-day organization:
Meeting coordination, planning, and minuting
Maintaining good relationships with outside vendors through effective communication
Event Organization
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Maintain and organize project documents and records
Track invoices and project budget
Prepare correspondence, communications, presentations
Ongoing initiatives in addition to the Business Transformation Project
Assisting the Executive Assistant in the following:
Application and renewal of business licenses
Planning Corporate Events
Assist with maintaining the Corporate Library
Assist with Corporate Travel
Assist with the Board Administration
General office administration (scanning and mailing out documents)
Special projects determined by the Executive Administrator

training and development.
