**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in meal preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment.
- Collaborate with and Lead other kitchen staff to ensure timely service for all events.
- Help train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety practices.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience leading a team in a catering environment.
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food service operations.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for cooking and a desire to learn new culinary skills.

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
