**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide prompt and courteous service to clients in person and by phone
- Process deposits, withdrawals, account transfers, bill payments and remittances
- Perform a variety of cash and cheque transactions
- To be an active and positive contributor to both general branch operations and the working environment
- Cross-sell financial products and services, and make referrals as appropriate
- Support marketing campaigns and social media initiatives
- Assist with opening and closing of the branch
- Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Completion of high school or equivalent
- 1 year experience in retail environment with handling cash
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Superior customer service skills and ability to build relationship with clients
- Proficiency with numerical calculations
- Intermediate computer skills - Word, Excel, Fx Software
