IAG is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career at Yorkdale Ford as a Parts Counter Sales Person.

We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented and has a strong desire to succeed.

Here's What you'll deliver:

  • Efficiently help customers select the right parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high-quality service.
  • Answer telephone calls, and pricing, and provide any other information.
  • Taking orders by telephone for retail and wholesale customers while servicing technician counter, retail counter, and wholesale accounts.
  • Receive payments from retail customers.
  • Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's policies and guidelines.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • PBS, CDK, Reynolds experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
  • Customer relationship skills including listening and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills and pays attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow set and standard procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Flexible and open to change; take on special tasks as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and take self-initiative.
  • Must have a valid G driver's license and clean drivers' abstract.
  • Knowledge of automotive Ford parts and technical/mechanical repairs.
  • Basic computer skills.
