**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments
- Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements
- Maintain and organize financial documents and records
- Assist with payroll processing and related journal entries
- Collaborate with external accountants for audits and tax preparation
- Monitor cash flow and provide financial summaries upon request
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

**Qualifications**:

- Proven bookkeeping experience (2+ years preferred)
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
