**Education and Qualifications**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Senior Sales Managers in their day-to-day operations such as scheduling, order placement, and managing relationships with clients
- Organize online meetings and in-person visits for Senior Sales Managers
- Provide general support to customer accounts
- Document and prioritize tasks, in consultation with management
- Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the organization’s internal systems and customer purchase orders
- Communication with Senior Sales Managers for regular updates regarding project statuses
- Initiate required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of orders and communicating changes to the appropriate personnel/departments
- Provide technical support to customers by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding customers through corrective steps
- Resolve problems, facilitate solutions, and enhance customer service offerings
- Provide back-up support to coworkers in the performance of job duties required
- Answers customer inquiries/communications as required
- Become familiar with proposed new product; its function, purpose, and value to end-users
- Must be able to oversee day-to-day customer experience for smooth operation of the organization
- Perform other related duties assigned by management

- Able to work independently and as a team to complete tasks within deadlines
