**Overview**:
Excalibur Custom Carts is a Canadian Custom Golf Cart and Golf Cart Parts supplier. For the last few years, Excalibur has grown into one of Canada's largest Custom Golf Cart and Golf Cart Parts suppliers.

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual for the position of Customer Service Representative at our Brampton Facility. The Customer Service representative will be responsible to aid customers in any inquiries that they may have.
Common calls are to assist customers in determining the correct parts for their needs, and advise on price and availability. The Customer Service representative will assist and advise customers, and address any issues they may have.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Provide various types of support such as responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer accounts, data processing.
- Research and follow up on customer concerns and respond to all inquiries.
- Provide customers with detailed information regarding their orders.
- Enter and retrieve customer information.
- Follow up on Customer orders to ensure on time service and expected delivery dates are met.
- Pro-active communication with Customers.
- Answering phone inquiries for Customer Care and pick up requests.

**Position Qualifications**:

- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Internal and external Customers.
- Ability to listen and provide effective and timely feedback.
- Ability to work effectively, efficiently, and courteously.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.
- Ability to work in a high volume environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to rapidly learn and perform tasks related to the department or units regulations, policies, rules, functions, procedures or processes.
- Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job function.
